Refund Policy

You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. Food products (e.g. coffee and tea) can only be returned if the original sealing packaging has not been opened. Other products can only be returned if unused and, if possible, in the original packaging.

The costs associated with the return of the goods are on your own account.

We do not hold accountable for any damage in quality or quantity occurred during the transportation process that is not covered by the default insurance provided by our shipping companies.

Het Klaverblad will reimburse the value paid by you for the goods purchased, excluding the delivery costs, within 30 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless Het Klaverblad offers to collect the product, we may not refund until we has received the product or until you demonstrate that you have returned the product, whichever is earlier. The refund is free of charge for you.
